After Booking: Once your session fee is received, you’ll receive a text within 24 hours to schedule a 5-minute chat to discuss your session details, set choices, and confirm a payment date prior to your session.

 

Shoot Time:  Session times may adjust slightly to fit your package and keep the studio running smoothly. We include a short buffer to keep things easy and unhurried.​

Portrait Selection: Your proofs will be available within a few hours after your session. Please select your favorite portraits within 1–2 days of receiving them so we can begin editing promptly.

 

Proofs: Proofs are for selection purposes only. Please do not share them on social media or use them elsewhere. Respect this policy—it’s part of maintaining our creative integrity.

 

Raw Files:  We do not sell or release raw files. They are unfinished and do not represent our brand standard.

 

Turnaround Time: TBD

 

Cancellation & Refund Policy: Bookings are secured with your session fee and are non-refundable. Missed or canceled sessions will forfeit all payments. Rescheduling may be possible only within the set holiday session dates.
